Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or safety concerns, you will be offered one of the following options:

  • A replacement vehicle of equal or greater value, subject to availability, or

  • A full refund of all payments made.

Security Deposits

  • Security deposits are fully refundable once the rental is completed, provided the vehicle is returned on time and in the same condition as it was received.

  • Deposit refunds may take up to 5 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method

  • All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Processing times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or third-party payment processors.
